Meet Jay
Jay's intuitive work has been deeply shaped by her lifelong experience of synesthesia. For as long as she can remember, intuition and colour have been closely connected, offering her a unique way of perceiving and understanding the people around her.
When she intentionally tunes into someone, whether they are sitting in front of her, in a photograph, or sometimes even through written communication, colours naturally arise within her awareness. Over the years, she began to notice that these colours consistently reflected patterns within a person's personality, emotional experiences, strengths, challenges, and seasons of growth.
Long before Jay began studying mediumship and energy work, she spent 10+ years in a profession that placed her in conversation with people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Over the course of a decade, she developed a profound appreciation for the complexity of human nature, witnessing firsthand the many ways people navigate love, grief, shame, ambition, identity, loneliness, and connection. Those experiences taught her that beneath every story is a desire to feel understood. Combined with her background in education, extensive training in intuitive development, Reiki, and spiritual practice, this unique foundation allows Jay to meet each person with compassion, curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to creating a space where they feel truly seen. She believes that wisdom is not only found in books or classrooms, but also in listening deeply, remaining present, and honouring the experiences that shape us.
Curious to better understand what she was experiencing, Jay committed herself to years of study, practice, and personal development. She immersed herself in the study of Usui Reiki, intuition, energy work, and mediumship, believing that natural ability should be nurtured through education, integrity, and lifelong learning.
Her path has been shaped by the guidance of respected teachers and mentors, and she continues to deepen her practice through advanced study, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. For Jay, learning has never been a destination. It is a lifelong commitment and an essential part of honouring the people who place their trust in her.
Today, Jay brings together her lived experience of synesthesia with years of dedicated study to create a calm, compassionate space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gain a deeper understanding of the emotional and energetic patterns influencing their lives.
Drawing from Usui Reiki, intuitive insight, mediumship, energetic attunement, and the unique way she experiences intuition through colour, each session unfolds organically according to what feels most supportive for the individual. No two sessions are ever exactly alike, because no two people are exactly alike.
